Users can access the 'Personal Information Change' (or 'Edit Member Information,' etc.) option to view or modify personal information. To cancel membership or withdraw consent, users can click 'Cancel Membership' and complete the identity verification process to view, correct, or cancel their registration.
Alternatively, users may contact the Data Protection Officer through written notice, phone, or email, and we will take prompt action.
If users request that we correct any errors in their personal information, we will refrain from using or providing the relevant personal information until the correction is made. If incorrect information has already been shared with a third party, we will promptly notify the third party of the correction to ensure the necessary updates are made.
The Company processes personal information that has been canceled or deleted upon the user's request by the "Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and ensures that it is not accessed or used for other purposes.
